Our role, clearly stated
OlaChill Vietnam is a travel and logistics coordinator, not a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, advise on or deliver medical treatment, and we make no promise about clinical outcomes. Medical decisions are made between you and the licensed hospital or clinic.
Where we coordinate care
Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang host Vietnam's international-standard hospitals and clinics. Recovery stays can be arranged in Da Lat, Phu Quoc, Nha Trang or Da Nang.

Do you choose the hospital for me?
We propose options that publish the specialty you need and arrange the appointment. The choice of provider, and every medical decision, remains yours and your doctor's.
Can my family stay with me?
Yes. We arrange accommodation near the hospital for companions, cars for daily visits, and activities for family members during long treatment days.
What languages do interpreters cover?
English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Spanish medical interpreters are available in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi; other languages on request with notice.
How are costs handled?
Hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital under its own terms. OlaChill Vietnam quotes only the coordination, transport, accommodation and interpreter services, in VND.
